Delivery

Returns Policy

All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These items include: Gift Cards and Earrings. Earrings are non-refundable for hygiene reasons, unless they are actually faulty. All jewellery is checked before packing to ensure your order is perfect.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ensure you have enclosed this returns form in your returns package.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) for example obvious signs of use. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Also items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Returns Procedure

To return your item(s) complete the form provided in your order and enclose it in the original packaging. Attach the returns address label with special delivery label to package and return via any Post Office.
Please retain the receipt of return given to you by your Post Office.

Refunds

Subject to the Returns Policy refunds will be made by us within 28 days of receiving the returned item(s) by the method chosen to make the purchase.
